VIAfilm is an independent organisation specialising in the visual documentation of change. VIAfilm brings together a group of experienced film makers and development specialists. We work for communities, management, donors  and governments, to provide visible evidence of qualitative change.

Our films are designed to be an integral part of the evaluation and management of changes that occur during aid projects and resource development activities around the world. Our work complements text-based approaches to the assessment and management of impacts. By offering new ways of representing and exploring change, our films can assist individuals, communities and projects to take greater control of their growth.

VIAfilm collaborates with communities and project management throughout the process of production. We use digital film media and a social documentary approach. Our films can be tailored for use by a range of audiences including communities, project management, governments, donors, development banks and resource developers.
